Training
The Diocese of Galloway is committed to ensuring all volunteers who work with vulnerable groups receive appropriate Safeguarding training. No volunteer can commence active ministry until they have completed Induction Part One training. Part Two is completed within 18 months.
We have a team of dedicated trainers who provide training on an ongoing basis across the diocese. If you require training, please either contact a trainer, your local Parish Safeguarding Co-ordinator or the Safeguarding team.
Diocesan trainers are able to provide Induction Part One training, Induction Part Two training, and Parish Safeguarding Co-ordinator training.
